Agents with a QLD licence number publish immediately. Private sellers go through a quick manual review (usually under 2 hours during business hours). Your listing stays active for 90 days.
Receive buyer enquiries
When buyers enquire, you receive their name, email, phone, and message directly to your inbox. No middlemen, no delays. You choose who to respond to and how.
Sell — and keep everything
ListOff takes nothing from the sale. Whatever the buyer pays, you keep. Organise your own conveyancer and settlement directly — ListOff plays no part in the transaction itself.

The vendor or agent will contact you directly. If you have a buyer's agent, pass on their details instead and they'll take it from there.
Common Questions
Do I need a real estate agent to list on ListOff?
No. Any private seller can list directly. If you're an agent, you can also list on behalf of a vendor — just include your licence number for immediate approval.
What happens after 90 days?
Your listing expires automatically. You'll receive an email letting you know, with the option to relist.
Can I edit my listing after it's live?
Yes — log into your dashboard to update price, description, photos, or contact details at any time during the 90-day period.
Is my street address shown publicly?
No. Only the suburb is shown publicly. The full address is included in the enquiry notification email sent to buyers who contact you.
What if I sell before 90 days?
Log into your dashboard and mark the listing as Sold or Under Contract. It will stay visible (with the status badge) as social proof, then archive after 30 days.
Is ListOff only for Brisbane?
For now, yes. We're 100% focused on Brisbane for the MVP. Other cities are coming — sign up to be notified when we expand.
